Merchant Marine Veterans to Visit Veterans Honor Park

On Friday, March 16, a group of WWII US Merchant Marine Veterans from across the country will be taking a tour of the St. Louis area. At 3:15 p.m., they’ll stop at Chesterfield Veteran’s Honor Park. As the bus arrives, it will go to the Dillard’s Parking lot where the Patriot Guard and police escort will direct the bus into the Chesterfield Veteran’s Honor Park. Several local WWII US Merchant Marines also will be on hand to participate in this celebration. We hope you visit with these WWII Veterans and their families.
